Who we are
Eakin PTO is a nonprofit parent teacher organization that supports students and staff at Eakin Elementary in Nashville, Tennessee.
Using the site
Use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not try to break security, scrape data, or disrupt the site. Do not upload malware or spam.
Accounts and sign ups
Some actions may require an account or a form submission. Keep your information accurate. Tell us right away if you think your account or submission is being misused.

We list meetings, fundraisers, and activities. Dates, times, and locations may change. We may update or cancel an event at any time.
User submissions
If you submit text, photos, videos, or event details:

Photos and video at events
PTO events may include photography or video to share updates with families. If you do not want you or your child to appear, please tell us before the event or email [email protected] and we will try to accommodate.
Donations and payments
Donations and ticket purchases may be processed by third-party providers. By donating or purchasing, you also agree to their terms and privacy policies. Unless noted on a specific campaign page, donations are final. If you have a payment issue, email [email protected] within 14 days.
Third-party tools and links
This site may link to outside websites or use tools from providers such as NationBuilder, Google, and payment processors. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or policies.
Intellectual property
Site content is owned by Eakin PTO or used with permission. You may not copy, modify, or sell our content without written consent. You can share links and short excerpts for personal, school, or community use with credit.
