Mark your calendar so you don’t miss a thing. Item donations are accepted through February 13, bidding opens February 20, and checkout + item pickup will happen at the end of event night.

Item Pickup: February 28, 8:30 PM CST at Glasshaus. If you are unable to pick up then, items can be collected at Eakin on Wednesday, March 4. All items must be collected by end of day Thursday, March 5 or they will be forfeited.

Calling all Eakin supporters!

Help support Eakin by donating an item to our upcoming auction. We are looking for gift cards, sports, music, or museum tickets, vacation homes or staycation properties, and experiences (mahjong night, beer/wine tastings, etc.). We are accepting auction item donations through February 13.

Eakin teachers deserve a night off too. Buy a ticket for a teacher to attend the auction and treat them to a night of well-earned fun. Consider it extra credit for generosity!

Is this event adults only?

Yes! This is a night out just for grown-ups. No kids, no backpacks, no bedtime routines.

What should I wear?

Wear whatever makes you feel great for a night out. Think fun night, not carpool pickup line. We will be in a working glass blowing studio, which means it’s not overly formal and it will get warm!

What’s included with my ticket?

Each ticket includes food, one drink ticket, and a glassblowing demonstration. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be available. Additional drinks are available for purchase.

*Credit card processing fees are automatically included with all ticket purchases. An optional platform fee will appear at checkout (‘Help cover fundraising costs’) that directly supports the auction platform we use, and you can easily remove it by expanding the ? icon.

How does the auction work?

You can bid on amazing items during the event via our auction website from your phone. You can also bid from the comfort of your couch if you can’t attend the event.

How do I pay if I win something?

Payments are all handled through the auction website. Checkout happens at the end of the night, and items can be picked up upon the closing of the auction. If you are not in attendance to pick up your items, they can be collected at Eakin on Wednesday, March 4. All items must be claimed by Thursday, March 5 or they will be forfeited. 

What kinds of items will be up for auction?

Expect one of a kind items, gift cards, teacher experiences, and some unique offerings.

Every dollar raised supports programs, teachers, and opportunities that benefit all of our Eakin students.
