Calling all Eakin supporters!

Help support Eakin by donating an item to our upcoming auction. We are looking for gift cards, sports, music, or museum tickets, vacation homes or staycation properties, and experiences (mahjong night, beer/wine tastings, etc.). We are accepting auction item donations through February 13.

Early Bird pricing Jan 6–28 for just $45, then tickets go up to $50. Ticket includes entry to the auction, delicious food, one complimentary drink, and a live glassblowing demonstration. Bring your bidding spirit!

Eakin teachers deserve a night off too. Buy a ticket for a teacher to attend the auction and treat them to a night of well-earned fun. Consider it extra credit for generosity!

Is this event adults only?

Yes! This is a night out just for grown-ups. No kids, no backpacks, no bedtime routines.

What should I wear?

Wear whatever makes you feel great for a night out. Think fun night, not carpool pickup line. We will be in a working glass-blowing studio, which means it’s not overly fancy and it will get warm!

What’s included with my ticket?

Each ticket includes food, one drink ticket, and a glassblowing demonstration. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be available. Additional drinks are available for purchase.

How does the auction work?

You can bid on amazing items during the event via our auction website from your phone. You can also bid from the comfort of your couch if you can’t attend the event night.

How do I pay if I win something?

Payments are cash-free and handled through the auction website. Checkout happens at the end of the night, and items can be picked up during or after the event night.

What kinds of items will be up for auction?

Expect one-of-a-kind experiences, gift cards, teacher-created items, family favorites, and some unique surprises.

Where does the money go?

Every dollar raised supports programs, teachers, and opportunities that benefit all of our Eakin students.

I’ve never been to a school auction. What should I expect?

It’s more party than fundraiser. Everyone is there to have fun. It’s high energy, community-filled, and a genuinely great time.
